Standard orders ship within 1-2 business days from our North American fulfillment center. Domestic delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Free shipping on all orders over $75.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we ship to most countries. International orders typically take 7-14 business days. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
How can I track my order?+
You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. Click the link anytime to see exactly where your package is.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Yes — if your order hasn't shipped yet. Email us within 2 hours of placing your order at daniel@danielshouse.com and we'll catch it before it leaves the warehouse.
Returns & Guarantee
What's your return policy?+
Every order comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you don't love what you bought, send it back within 30 days for a full refund — even if the bottle is opened. We'd rather you be happy than hold onto a product that didn't work for you.
How do I start a return?+
Email daniel@danielshouse.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day. Once we receive the return, refunds process within 3-5 business days.
Can I return a bundle?+
Yes — bundles return the same way as individual products. Same 30-day window, same full-refund policy. You can also return individual items from a bundle if you like some products but not others.

How does Subscribe & Save work?+
Pick any product or bundle and choose the Monthly delivery option — we'll ship it every 30 days. Individual products subscribe at 15% off the regular price. Bundles subscribe at the same bundle price you'd pay for a one-time order (the bundle discount is already built in — no extra 15% on top, but no extra cost either). You can change frequency, swap products, skip a delivery, or cancel anytime — no calls, no friction. Manage everything from your account.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — completely. Cancel from your account dashboard with one click. No phone calls, no retention pitches, no penalty. The discount is our thank-you for the commitment, not a trap.
Can I change shipping frequency?+
Yes — the default is 30 days, but you can set 45 or 60 day intervals if a bottle lasts you longer. Update from your account anytime.
Do bundles work with Subscribe & Save?+
Yes — every bundle on the site can be subscribed to. This includes the curated bundles (Daniel's Daily, AM, PM, Workout, Longevity, Glow, Mom's, Ariana's, Ultimate), the 15 concern bundles under Shop By Concern, and even the Build Your Own bundle you create from the picker. The bundle's own discount stays the same when subscribed — bundles are already discounted (10-25% off retail), so subscription does not add another 15% on top, but also doesn't cost anything extra. You get the recurring convenience of monthly delivery at the bundle price you'd pay for a one-time order. Cancel or pause anytime.
Can I subscribe to a Build Your Own bundle?+

Where are products manufactured?+
All Daniel's House products are manufactured in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities in North America. Every batch is third-party tested for purity, potency, and contamination before it leaves the warehouse.
Are products vegan?+
Most are vegan — our skincare line is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. In supplements, exceptions include Flow (fish-based omega-3) and Collagen (bovine collagen). Each product page lists this clearly.
Can I use products if I'm pregnant or nursing?+
For skincare, avoid retinol-containing products (Bounce, Renewal). Pregnancy-safe alternatives include Hydration, Soft, Hyaluronic, Defense, and Eye. For supplements, consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement during pregnancy or nursing.
Are products gluten-free?+
Yes — all Daniel's House products are gluten-free. Common allergen warnings (soy, dairy, tree nuts, fish) are listed on each product page where applicable.
Can I take supplements with prescription medication?+
For specific medications, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Supplements that warrant extra caution: Tranquil (ashwagandha) with thyroid medication, Flow (omega-3) with blood thinners, Restore (turmeric) with certain anti-inflammatory drugs. Most stacks are well-tolerated, but your healthcare provider knows your situation best.
How do I store products?+
Skincare: cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Most products last 6-12 months after opening. Supplements: cool, dry place. No refrigeration required even for our probiotic (Biome uses MAKTREK technology for shelf stability).
Using the Products
How long until I see results?+
It depends on the product. Sleep and energy supplements often shift within 1-2 weeks. Skincare changes are typically visible at 4-6 weeks for tone/texture, 8-12 weeks for fine line reduction. Longevity supplements compound over months and years. Consistency beats intensity — daily use is the variable that matters most.
Can I combine multiple products?+
Yes — most are designed to be combined. Our bundles are pre-built combinations Daniel actually uses. The main rules: don't double up on retinol products in skincare (Bounce + Renewal alternate, never together); follow caffeine cutoff times for stim-containing supplements like Burn.
Do I need to take supplements with food?+
Fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) absorb best with meals containing some fat. This includes Multi, Sunshine, Flow, and Vitality. Calm and Synapse can be taken with or without food. Each product page specifies the optimal timing.
What if a product doesn't work for me?+
Send it back within 30 days for a full refund. Wellness is individual — what works for thousands may not be right for you. We'd rather you find a product that does work than feel stuck with one that doesn't.
